Course Summary
Emotions are an integral aspect of every person’s being in all aspects of life. Many people might not be aware of how they tick. Understanding and managing these emotions will enable a person to keep a tab on behaviour when confronted with diverse situations. Emotional Intelligence is made up of a unique intersection of both head and heart, in a way that will help a person take effective control over his or her life. Moreover, it gives people valuable insight into vital empathic skills in relation to the people around them. This course provides an insight into the essentails of Emotional Intelligence as well as provide useful tips of how to use EQ in real life situations.
