Our client, MaritimeMT, is seeking to recruit a dynamic person to fill the vacancy of a full-time Assistant Administration Secretary. MaritimeMT is a maritime training institution offering seafarers & shore-based personnel the highest levels of tuition and development.
The Assistant Administration Secretary will be responsible for course logistics, bookings, participant support services, and administrative activities linked to the course process. He/she will also perform day-to-day general office duties and other related duties as required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, is an organised, energetic person, works well within a team, and can work on own initiative and meet deadlines. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs is required. Fluency in Maltese and English is a must. Experience in a similar position will be viewed as an asset. Good conditions and training are being offered to the right applicant.
