Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic person to fill the vacancy of a part-time secretary to provide clerical and administrative support.
He/She must ensure effective and efficient office operations; perform day-to-day general office duties; provide receptionist services and perform other related duties as required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent secretarial, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, as well as the ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs is a must.
