Course Summary
Individuals, groups and organisations need to be guided and transitioned to a new desired future state in a structured way. Although change is a norm in most organisations, some changes may be more drastic than others. The ‘but we have always done it this way’ syndrome rears its head very often in change situations. Change invariably necessitates moving out of the comfort zone and making it work. This implies teamwork, cerativity as well as a dose of risk. This course gives useful insights not only into the change in processes, but also how change affects people, and what can be done to achieve a transition where all are on board. The course also deals with resistance to change and how this can be mitigated positiviely through effective communication and clear vision.
