Course Summary

Performance stress arises out of the pressure to perform and achieve targets, as well as from the individual’s way of dealing with situations. Participants will be made aware of the essential elements of stress in their lives, and how what they think and do can make a radical difference in their lives and the lives of those who come in contact with them. Moreover, the course will encourage participants to be proactive and pre-empt stressful situations before they actually happen. The sessions will impart a ‘can do’ attitude towards the issues raised, as well as practical tips leading to stress management and job fulfilment.
